Your health records under provincial/federal healthcare laws are always available to you or to transfer to another healthcare provider, upon your request. Please email us to request, or for more information.
Client Cancellations In the case of a same-day cancellation, a flat 50.00 fee will be applied. A third same-day cancellation within six (6) months may be invoiced the full treatment amount.
For any same-day cancellations thereafter, a non-refundable 50.00 booking deposit may be requested for future appointments, at therapist’s discretion. Thank you for your understanding.
Therapist Cancellation In the rare event that I must cancel or move an appointment with you within 48 hours, a discount would be offered for your next booking. I would communicate this to you at the time of cancellation in the event. Additionally, your next appointment would be accommodated as quickly as possible according to our mutual schedules.
Late Arrivals (in clinic) Sometimes, life happens and gets us running late. While I make every attempt to adjust to a late arrival within reason, your treatment may be limited to the amount of time left over. Please call or email as soon as you can to make a possible arrangement.
IN-HOME TREATMENTS:
Table size Please ensure that you have adequate space for clearance around a massage table - at least 3 ft/1 metre. Average table dimensions are 75” X 30”. If space is not adequate, modifications to the treatment may be necessary.
Travel Rates are subject to a .20 per kilometre charge, one direction arrival only. Example: 32km X .20 = $6.40. This charge will be clearly noted as a separate item on your receipt.
Timing Setup and intake times can vary according to each particular household and intake details. I reserve the right to a maximum of ten minutes to cover setup/intake, after which the treatment clock may begin at my discretion.
